Why this matters now

The Mediterranean Scope 3 problem your clients can't solve from a spreadsheet.

Sustainability and procurement teams across food and beverage, retail, and consumer goods are converging on the same realisation. SBTi FLAG submissions need primary data. CSRD assurance under E1 (climate), E3 (water), E4 (biodiversity) needs primary data. The EU Green Claims Directive needs primary evidence. And Scope 3 reduction roadmaps that started with spend-based modelling are running into the limits of what assurance providers will accept.

For Mediterranean ingredient supply chains, olive oil, durum, almond, citrus, wine, wheat, tomato, dairy there has been no serious infrastructure to deliver any of this at scale. Until recently. That is what Radica is built to do.

Three services that slot into your work.

Insetting

How it slots in: EACs as a Scope 3 reduction lever in the roadmaps you build for clients sourcing Mediterranean ingredients. Demonstrated against the client's inventory under SBTi FLAG and GHG Protocol Land Sector & Removals Guidance, and packaged for your client's assurance provider.

Where it fits in your workflow: Strategy and target-setting. Reduction roadmap design. Annual disclosure cycles. Audit defence. We work to your client's reporting calendar, not ours.

Primary Data

How it slots in: Farm-level carbon intensity, water, and biodiversity data on Mediterranean agricultural inputs formatted to GHG Protocol resolution and delivered with the methodology documentation and lineage your client's assurance provider expects to see.

Where it fits in your workflow: Inventory build. CSRD ESRS E1, E4, and E5 disclosures. SBTi FLAG submissions. EU Green Claims Directive evidence files. We can integrate with the carbon accounting platform your client already uses.

Offsetting

How it slots in: VM0042-aligned, ICR-registered, BeZero BBB Mediterranean removals available for inclusion in BVCM portfolios or voluntary net-zero strategies you advise on.

Where it fits in your workflow: Portfolio construction. Beyond Value Chain Mitigation strategy. Procurement diligence. We operate as one credible developer in your shortlist, not as your only option.

Three commercial structures

Three ways to partner, depending on the depth of fit.

Referral

You introduce Radica into a client conversation where Mediterranean Scope 3 supply is part of the solution. Radica handles the commercial conversation. You earn a referral fee on closed business non-exclusive, transparent, paid against signed contracts.

Sustainability consultancies running multiple client mandates where Mediterranean supply is one component among many. Lower commitment, lower friction, fast to set up.

Co-sell

You stay in the room. Radica supports your client engagement under your brand or jointly under both providing the technical depth on methodology, MRV, and contract structure that a corporate buyer's procurement and sustainability functions need to see. Commercial economics is negotiated case by case.

Specialist sustainability consultancies and Big Four practices building multi-year client relationships where Radica's technical depth strengthens your offer without competing with it. Higher commitment, higher commercial upside, longer onboarding.

Integration

For carbon accounting platforms, MRV technology providers, and reporting infrastructure: a deeper integration where Radica's primary data delivery is embedded into your product, your client experience, or your supply intelligence. Contractual structure depends on the integration; both technology and commercial paths are open.

SaaS carbon accounting and reporting platforms with corporate F&B customers who need Mediterranean primary data integrated into the inventory they're already building. Highest commitment, highest strategic value, longest setup.

What you get from working with us

01) We don't compete for your client relationship

Radica delivers Mediterranean supply infrastructure. We are not in the Scope 3 strategy business, the carbon accounting software business, or the corporate sustainability advisory business. Your client relationship is yours. We slot into the work, not around it.

02) A growing network

Most consultancies and platforms cover a global client base but lack deep regional supply infrastructure in the Mediterranean. Radica is the partner that turns your client's Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean Scope 3 exposure from a problem into a deliverable.

03) Methodology that survives your client's audit

VM0042 with the VMD0053 module. GHG Protocol Land Sector & Removals Guidance and Land Use Change Guidance. ICR registry, ICROA-endorsed, BeZero BBB. The technical credentials your client's assurance provider already recognises.

04) Three buyer channels, one programme

Insetting, primary data, and offsetting all draw on the same producer network and the same methodology. That gives your client flexibility to use Radica for one service today and add others later without a new vendor onboarding cycle each time.

05) Real producers, real verification, real vintage

84,000 tCO₂e verified for the 2024–25 vintage. 25,000+ hectares under management. 650+ producers. An operational programme, not a methodology paper.

Frequently Asked Questions

Advisory Partners

Are you going to go around me to my client?

No. Radica is a Mediterranean supply infrastructure operator, not a sustainability advisory firm. We do not deliver Scope 3 strategy, carbon accounting software, or corporate sustainability consulting. Your client relationship is yours, and we operate within the structure you set with that client.

Is the partnership exclusive?

Non-exclusive by default, consistent with how the leading regenerative supply operators in this market work. Specific category or geographic exclusivity may be appropriate for deeper partnerships and is negotiable case by case.

Can you integrate with the carbon accounting platform my client already uses?

Yes. Our primary data is delivered in formats compatible with the major carbon accounting platforms your clients are likely to be using, and we can scope deeper integrations for partners who need them.

How quickly can you respond when a client engagement needs Radica involvement?

Initial engagement within five working days. Indicative term sheet within two weeks of an MNDA. Site visits in Puglia available with two weeks' notice. The partnerships team is structured to keep up with the cadence advisory engagements actually run on.

How is commission paid, and when?

Referral commission is paid against signed contracts, on the cadence of buyer payments to Radica. The structure is set out in the partner brief, which we share under MNDA at first conversation.
