Field at sunset with a castle in the background

Lead change from the territory.

Radica turns your network, producers, members, suppliers, into a coordinated climate operating system that creates value for your buyers, your producers, and your organisation.

Your network becomes a climate operating system.

Coordination, primary data, and methodology under a single standard, built to create value across your full chain.

Stronger value for your buyers

Buyers are looking for verifiable Scope 3 reductions and primary data from specific origins. Your network is where that data and that impact actually live. Radica equips you to deliver both — making you a more valuable partner to the buyers you already work with.

Scale without fragmentation

A shared methodological framework across all your producers and suppliers.

A path between the trees

New revenue, deeper loyalty

You don't just sell products and services. You generate climate assets and audit-grade evidence, capturing new revenue for your organisation and for the producers who trust you.

A field at sunset

Food and beverage buyers need to reduce Scope 3

For food and beverage manufacturers, 80–90% of the emissions footprint sits in agricultural Scope 3. SBTi FLAG deadlines are now within 24 months for many of them. They need primary data from a specific Mediterranean origin to credibly reduce and you control access to that origin.

Seeds from a tree

CSRD-reporting companies need primary data

ESRS E1, E4, and E5 are pushing companies off spend-based factors and toward farm-level primary data. Your network is where that data sits.

Roles and responsibilities

This is a partnership, not a service.

Radica brings the methodology, the MRV system, the registry access, and the buyer relationships. You bring something Radica cannot replicate at scale: the trust of your producer base and the relationships built over years on the ground.

What Radica delivers

  • Programme design and onboarding architecture.
  • MRV system, methodology, and verification coordination.
  • Registry access and chain-of-custody documentation.
  • Buyer relationships and asset commercialisation.
  • Technical support to your producers through our agronomist hub network.

What you do

  • Promote the programme to your producer base your relationships and your credibility are the entry point.
  • Help farmers onboard, including supporting them through the first practice-selection conversations.
  • Secure the underlying farm data and prepare it for ingestion into Radica's MRV system.
  • Stay involved through the verification cycle and the buyer conversations that follow.

What it delivers, concretely.

Strategic relevance

Strengthen your service catalogue and lead your territory's transition to resilient, efficient agriculture.

Profitability with purpose

A new income stream, for your organisation and for your producers, from Environmental Attribute Certificates, primary data contracts, and carbon credits.

Stronger position with the buyers you already serve

Radica helps you deliver verified Scope 3 reductions, primary data, and traceable provenance to the buyers you serve — whether they sit in your country or beyond — and helps you deepen loyalty with your producers by giving them a recognised income stream from work they already do.

A common system for a network that needs scale and coherence.

01) We activate your territorial network

Structured training and coordinated adoption across your producers and technical teams.

02) Documented practices

Nine structured regenerative practices, applied at producer level, recorded under one framework — across woody and row crops.

03) Measurement and verification

Soil organic carbon, carbon intensity, water retention, and biodiversity, measured annually, verified independently.

04) Climate assets and data

Environmental Attribute Certificates, primary data deliverables, and carbon credits, generated with the producers and suppliers in your supply shed, registered where applicable, and integrated into the value chain.

Your territorial network becomes a competitive advantage.

Producer loyaltyThe transformation generates value that stays in the territory, with your members and producers.
Commercial differentiationAccess to buyers willing to pay for traceable, evidence-backed regenerative production.
Long-term stabilityMethodology and MRV ready for current frameworks, CSRD, SBTi FLAG, EU CRCF, and for what comes next. Longer, more stable buyer contracts that protect against supply swings.
Capacity to respondWhen buyers ask for primary data, verified Scope 3 reductions, or proof of regenerative practice, you have the system to respond, not a procurement headache.

FAQ

Supply chain partners

What does my organisation actually have to do?

Real work, not nominal participation. You promote the programme to your producer base — your relationships are the entry point, not Radica's. You help farmers onboard, including supporting them through the first practice-selection conversations. You secure the underlying farm data and prepare it for ingestion into Radica's MRV system. And you stay involved through verification and buyer conversations. Radica brings the methodology, MRV, registry access, and buyer relationships — but the success of the programme depends on your active engagement with your producers.

How is data from many producers managed?

Through a structured technological framework built and operated by Radica's MRV technology platform. Each practice is recorded and consolidated under a single methodology, with audit-ready data lineage from plot to delivered output.
Data is stored on EU-based infrastructure under GDPR. Producers retain ownership of their farm data and authorise specific uses. Your organisation retains visibility over its network's data throughout the cycle. Radica accesses what is needed for verification, modelling, and buyer reporting and nothing else.

Who buys what we generate?

Three types of buyer in the agricultural value chain. Food and beverage companies sourcing from your territory buy EACs – (Environmental Attribute Certificates) against Scope 3. Companies building SBTi FLAG inventories or reporting under CSRD buy primary data on the agricultural inputs in your network. Voluntary market buyers buy verified carbon credits. Your organisation becomes the strategic counterpart to all three.

What does this deliver for our buyers?

Verified Scope 3 reductions, primary data, and traceable provenance from a specific Mediterranean origin all of which are increasingly required and increasingly hard to get. We position you as the partner who can deliver these things, not the obstacle between buyer and farm.

How is our organisation compensated?

A revenue share on the climate assets generated by your network. We co-design the commercial structure with each supply chain partner, but the principle is consistent across partnerships: your organisation receives a percentage of the credit revenue generated from your producers' work, alongside the share that flows directly to the producers themselves. The exact percentage reflects the scope of your role, promotion, onboarding, data preparation, ongoing engagement and the size and readiness of the producer base.
In every structure we've negotiated, the producer's share is the largest, up to 75%, the work happens on their land, and the economics reflect that.

Your territory is your strength. Make it your strategic advantage.
