We co-design the commercial structure with each supply chain partner, but the principle is consistent across partnerships: your organisation receives a percentage of the credit revenue generated from your producers' work, alongside the share that flows directly to the producers themselves. The exact percentage reflects the scope of your role, promotion, onboarding, data preparation, ongoing engagement and the size and readiness of the producer base.
In every structure we've negotiated, the producer's share is the largest, up to 75%, the work happens on their land, and the economics reflect that.
