Our campaign offers a 6.30% return, a two-year term, and allows investment starting from just 10 euros. We are promoting it through Esférico, our Spanish-originated MRV, fostering a model that combines soil restoration, measurement, and certification of captured carbon.

Madrid, June 29, 2026. Radica, together with the impact investment platform Goparity, is launching a new investment campaign to boost the development of our carbon credit and land restoration projects in Spain through regenerative agriculture.

This campaign will contribute to financing our expansion in Spain. We are an Italian-originated company that develops nature-based carbon agriculture projects, working closely with farmers. Our deployment in Spanish territory is carried out through Esférico (Murcia), our subsidiary and developer, which constitutes a fundamental piece of our structure. Esférico provides us with advanced Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) capabilities through geospatial analysis and field data, ensuring that every tonne of carbon in Mediterranean soils is real and verifiable.

We are offering this opportunity in crowdlending format, with a 6.30% interest rate, a 2-year term, and a minimum investment starting from €10. We want to attract investors who wish to participate with us in initiatives of climate transition linked to a specific territory.

For those unfamiliar with the term, we understand the carbon agriculture credit industry as our mechanism for measuring and giving economic value to CO₂ reductions or removals. When we demonstrate, through our measurements and verification, that we have captured a determined amount of emissions, we generate carbon credits. For us, a carbon credit is a standardized unit that represents exactly the capture of one metric tonne of CO2eq from the atmosphere. These credits are acquired by companies seeking to offset their footprint and finance our transition actions.

We specifically focus on agricultural practices that improve the health of the soil. Our credit generation requires measurable changes in agronomic management, such as the use of cover crops or reduced tillage. These practices not only increase soil carbon but also improve its structure and water retention capacity in the face of droughts.

The "timing gap" of soil carbon projects

High-integrity agricultural carbon credits require time to be generated. From the moment a farmer joins the program and adopts regenerative practices until the captures are certified, there is a natural time gap between the initial investment, the incorporation of farmers, field measurements, certification processes, and the arrival of income. The funds from this campaign will act as a financial bridge during that period, sustaining Radica’s expansion and the development of new soil carbon and land restoration projects in Spain.

We will allocate between 70% and 80% of the amount recaudado to working capital to cover this gap. The 20%–30% remaining will support our expansion in Spain through Esférico, including the identification of new projects and direct work with the agricultural sector.

“Our goal at Goparity is for more and more people to be able to decide what their money finances. When that choice is made with clear information and total transparency, the tendency is to support projects with real impact. And in areas such as soil regeneration, the impact cannot be based solely on intention: it must be measurable, verifiable, and sustainable over time,”

states Nuno Brito Jorge, CEO and co-founder of Goparity.

Esférico, Promoter in Spain

Our platform Esférico is the technological pillar where we combine science and technology. We have developed systems for measuring and monitoring sequestered carbon adapted to the reality of each territory.

Our technology allows us to convert fieldwork into verifiable climate assets. We position ourselves as a leading player in MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) technology, providing the necessary precision to validate practices and facilitate the certification processes required by global standards.
